We had a great day celebrating St. Patrick's Day in school. The whole school wore green and we had a Céilí Mór in the hall. We danced "The Bridge of Athlone", and Holly O' Toole did a solo performance.

Reading to Second

We have been reading to Second Class on Friday mornings. We are modelling good reading and reading with lots of expression. The Second Class girls have been really enjoying our visits- and we are secretly enjoying them too!

China Projects

We completed independent projects on China. We had to do all of the research ourselves. We're getting better and better at project work. Check out some of our projects below:

Magic of Music

We've just finished learning all about Caribbean music. As you'll see from the pictures below, we loved it!

We learned about all the different types of music that originate in the Caribbean. We learned lots more about the theory of music too.
